System Support

Cheltek are able to take in the support of old legacy equipment when the original supplier is no longer able to provide this service. This might be just to repair a single unit, or to maintain and support an entire system.

We look at each customers requirement for support of a product or system and understand the complexity of that product. If necessary, we complete a obsolescence study on it and if replacement parts can not be sourced then we are able to redesign specific parts of the unit or system to ensure that the customer is able to continue to use it.

We have had a lot of success in this and currently support equipment first supplied over 30 years ago.
